Terms & Policies



Reservations for appointments can be made for online appointments by clicking the Book Your Appointment Now button on this website or by contacting me on the connect page of this website for in-home visits. It is recommended to schedule two to four appointments spaced one-two weeks apart in order to maintain compliance and track progress.


Life happens, emergencies do occur and sometimes you just need a break- I understand, you may need to cancel your visit. I do ask for at least a 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment (48 hours is preferred). One "grace cancellation" with less than 24 hours notice will be accepted. If more than one appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the total appointment cost will be charged.


Payment is due when scheduling your appointment or online visits. Payment is due at time of session for in-home visits (flat fee plus travel time).  


Directions on how to log into the online session will be emailed prior to the appointment.  If you are not on the call after 5 minutes I will assume you will not make the call and the session will be cancelled or marked a no-show. 


All services provided by Body Be Good /Alexis Anderson PT, DPT Corporation during online consultations are as a health and wellness consultation. I understand that the information and education provided under this service does not replace seeing a physician or physical therapist for an in person examination and/or treatment. By participating in online session(s) I hereby voluntarily and knowingly agree to assume all risks associated with my participation in online consultations, and I agree to hold harmless, waive, release, and indemnify Body Be Good /Alexis Anderson PT, DPT Corporation from any and all liability and claims connected with my receipt of services offered by Body Be Good /Alexis Anderson PT, DPT Corporation. A consent form will be emailed to you and must be signed prior to our session.
