Care with you in mind
Body Be Good has created a physical therapy practice truly designed to meet your needs; with timely appointments (no more waiting weeks to get help), one on one, individualized, compassionate care from a doctor of physical therapy (never from aides or assistants) who listens. With video and in-home visits, care is faster, easier, and more comfortable for you to get whenever and wherever you need it.
Alexis is the founder of Body Be Good. She is a pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapist with a doctorate degree in physical therapy (DPT). She specializes in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunctions, including pelvic pain, bowel and bladder issues, sexual dysfunction as well as pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
She also provides treatment for orthopedic conditions such as neck, low back and knee dysfunctions; enabling her to treat your body as a whole. She lives and works in San Francisco, CA providing home and online physical therapy in an effort to improve access and education to these services wherever people are.
Alexis is passionate about pelvic health and is excited to be a part of a movement that brings pelvic health to the forefront of heath care. She understands the sensitivity of these topics and the complex effects it can have on one's life and their relationships. Alexis provides compassionate, individualized care that helps to normalize these conditions so that you may be your best self from the privacy of your own home or place of comfort.
